About Bobcat Twirlers
Bobcat Twirlers is a student organization at Ohio University made of students who all have a common love for the sport of baton twirling and want to share that with others. We perform at various school sporting events as well as events throughout the community.
Practices
We typically practice one to two times a week on weeknights depending on schedules. Members can decide if they would like to attend additional practices as needed.
Performances
We perform at various Ohio University events. In the past, we have performed at the involvement fair, homecoming parade, football tailgates, basketball games, and baseball games.
Events
Every spring, we host a clinic open to all twirlers. We offer classes for basic skills, multiple baton, solo, x-strut, and much more! We are working with the university to host a Twirler for a Day event, we have no other information at this time.
Membership
All members must be in good standing with Ohio University and be taking at least 6 credit hours (part-time) at any OU campus. Members are required to attend all team meetings unless a scheduling conflict occurs.
